Saya baru sahaja mula minum green smoothies ni
dalam 2 minggu lepas. Pernah dengar kan? Kawan saya cakap saya minum air sayur
hehehe.. Memang betul, air sayur yang
sedap.. nak bagi mat saleh sket bunyinye jadila green smoothies. Ni pun sebab saya
baca dan tengok youtube Kimberly Synder-
celebrity nutritionist and author of The Beauty Detox Solution and Beauty Detox Foods. Konsepnya, 70% vegetables, 30% fruits. Actually, green smoothies ni just nak cover up our daily vege intake. Macam saya, kalau makan nasi berlauk kat luar, kalau tengok sayur tu diorang masak layu semacam je..terus tak makan sayur tu. Tak pun pergi makan pizza ke burger or any fast food yang tak ada vege, so this smoothies really help me. Boleh juga membantu for those yang ada masalah constipation sebab green smoothies ni packed with fiber. Ala-ala popeye la makan bayam ni haha!
My first smoothie on 27thJune 2013. Contain spinach, celery, mango, green apple and banana. My first impression, sedap! Memang tak ada rasa bayam, celery a bit tapi rasa tu di cover dengan fruits. Normally, a batch yang saya buat saya buat stock dalam fridge for about 2-3 days. The taste is still good. So, istiqomah la saya dengan minum ni every morning, 30 minutes before taking any food.
Habis je batch
pertama, saya buat lagi for another 3 days stock. I'll keep the spinach and
celery in the recipe with any additional fruit that I have in fridge. Spinach,
celery, mango, green apple and mango.
I just played
around with the mixture of fruits. For those yang takut dengan warna hijau, this is the best solution. It changed the green colour to purple but not much in taste. For those yang
susah nak makan pitaya or dragon fruit macam tu je, but still nak kan benefit
from it pun boleh buat macam ni.

this morning. Normally, I prepare my ggs ni waktu malam sebab takut tak sempat
kan pagi-pagi tu. Tak pun saya bangun awal just to make sure I get the benefits
of green smoothies every morning.
